The Solution: Clean-label, allergen-free range of vegetable proteins with a protein content of more than 70%. Thanks to its very fine texture and neutral taste, it has minimal impact on the structure and flavor of finished products while enhancing their nutritional profiles.

The Solution: co-developed, plant-based, wood-fired pizza concepts featuring slow fermented sourdough bases enriched with PROTEIOS, a Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) that is all-natural, allergen-free, and GMO-free.

“Plant-based Innovation Award” won in partnership with Alianza Team Europe in November 2023 at Food Ingredients Europe in Frankfurt.

The Solution: Clean-label, allergen-free vegetable fat that does not use tropical oils and provides key sensory attributes to plant-based applications including pleasant appearance, juiciness, and texture.

Bread taste and texture enhancer TIGERPASTE ®

Award “Pépites de la Boulangerie 2023” for Tiger Paste® Barbecue flavor, in the bread decoration category, awarded by Honoré Le Mag magazine, the Fédération des Entreprises de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie (FEB) and the Cercle d'Etudes de la Boulangerie et Pâtisserie.

The Solution:the ready-to-use paste Tiger Paste® allows bakers to add an extra touch of grrreat flavor and a cracking, crunchy crust to bread creations for an eye-catching and mouth-watering effect. The Barbeque Flavor, in particular, delivers a smoky taste and unique blend of carefully selected ingredients.
